Please provide any specific face or body modifications, nail colour, outfit options

+ colours or any other details prior to portrait being made

DESIGNER | POLICY

Once all details are received and the project has started you will receive a rough sketch

The client will be able to make adjustments to the rough sketch

Once the rough sketch is approved the final drawing process will begin

The client will ONLY be able to make adjustments to the COLOUR of the final product

(Be sure to make all physical adjustments in the rough stages)

Clients will receive PDF. & PNG files

PNG. Files will work best across all platforms due to its transparent background.

Please notify me prior to starting your project if the design will be used on any larger scale projects in order for me to maximize the portrait scale.

(Signage, posters, on screen projects etc.)

NOTE

All portrait design files will be saved!

Therefore, future adjustments for clients who decide to cut or dye their hair, get a new tattoo, or want an outfit change will be able to reflect these changes in their final portrait for a small fee!
